We stand behind the quality of our virtual staging. If you are not satisfied with the results, you may request a full refund within 7 days of receiving your staged photos.

How to Request a Refund

Email info@staim.ai with your order ID and a brief description of the issue. We will process your refund within 5-10 business days back to your original payment method.

What Qualifies

• Staging quality does not meet professional standards
• Significant structural alterations to the room in the staged output
• Technical errors that prevent you from using the photos
• Order was not delivered within the stated timeframe

What Does Not Qualify

• Stylistic preferences (e.g., wanting a different furniture style)
• Photos uploaded in violation of our terms (non-property images)
• Requests made more than 7 days after delivery

Alternative to Refund

Before requesting a refund, you can ask us to re-stage any photos you’re not happy with at no additional cost. We’ll work with you until you’re satisfied.
