You do. Every order includes a perpetual, worldwide license for any lawful use.

Every order is covered for 7 days after delivery. If a staged photo or listing reel falls short, we'll redo it at no charge, up to 2 times per order. Request a redo from your order page or write to staging@staim.ai. We don't offer refunds for satisfaction, because the redo is the remedy.

Yes. A listing video is a video of the home made from 3 to 12 listing photos, your own or ones we staged for you: slow camera moves through each room, opening and closing cards with your own text (address, facts, price, your name, brokerage and contact details, optional headshot and logo), and a voiceover that walks a buyer through the rooms and the highlights you name, or music only. You get a landscape 16:9 and a vertical 9:16 cut, about 25 to 60 seconds. Virtually staged photos carry a label in the video. Flat $99 CAD, voiceover included. Upload your photos on the listing video page, or start from a delivered order's page. It arrives within 48 hours. It is early access. We are still improving the motion, titles and music. Every video is reviewed by our team before delivery, and if one falls short within 7 days we redo it at no charge, up to 2 times per order.
