Terms of Service

1. Service Description

STA:IM Virtual Staging (“Service”), operated by STAIM Corp., provides AI-powered virtual staging of real estate property photographs. You upload empty or unfurnished room photos and receive digitally staged versions with virtual furniture and decor.

2. Account & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.

3. Photo Ownership & Rights

Your photos: You retain full ownership of all original photos you upload. You represent that you have the right to use these photos.

Staged output: You receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the AI-staged images for any lawful purpose, including MLS listings, marketing materials, and print. STAIM Corp. may use anonymized before/after examples for marketing with your consent.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Staged images are generated using artificial intelligence. While we strive for photorealistic quality, results may vary. Virtual staging is intended to show the potential of a space and should not be represented as the actual current state of a property. You are responsible for complying with local real estate disclosure requirements regarding virtually staged photos.

5. Payment & Pricing

All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Prices may change with notice; existing orders are honored at the price quoted at checkout.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the staging quality, contact us at info@staim.ai within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. See our Refund Policy for details.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to: stage photos of properties you do not have authorization to market; create misleading or fraudulent real estate listings; upload illegal, explicit, or harmful content; attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the AI system.

8. Data Retention

Uploaded photos and staged results are stored for 90 days after order completion. After this period, photos may be permanently deleted. You should download your staged photos promptly.

9. Limitation of Liability

STAIM Corp.’s total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including lost sales or business opportunities.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
